Capture Player Spawn

Hello.
I am running a RECSDM Mod. In which players spawn on spawn points.
I want that players can own Spawns where their teammate will be spawning until other team capture it.
When map starts there will be White spawn and we have to capture them and each spawn contain 10 seconds to be owned & for example if a player from Terrorist team will capture it so it will be Red and if a player from CT will capture or re-capture it so it will be blue then.
