HNS with Events

Hello everyone,

i want a plugin HideNSeek Mod plugin that work with Some Events System.
i try to find this plugins but i cannot, so if anyone there can be make this for me, it'll be appreciated.

What I Need?

Event System (POV):

In this plugin, if admin writes (IF ADMIN HAS FLAG LEVEL "G" ) /event, and following Menu SHow UP:

1. Start Event
2. Randomly Select and start event
3. Disable bonus prize

4. (PLAYERS NAME)
5. (PLAYERS NAME)

and admin if select OPTION 1, the following message will show in chast:

[%s]: An Admin started an event
and random person will be selected and the mod is HNS Death Match.

in this event, random selected persons will be transfered into terrorist, and others will be C-Terrorist,
if C-Terrorist (Last one who survivied till end) and kill every Terrorist player,
he should be received flag "bce" or whatever i want to be (IN CFG FILES LIke: event.cfg)
