PROBLEM - Becomevip Plugin not saving flags

when I activate the plugin on my server, the player receives the flags.
but after restarting the server the player loses the flags and has to do everything again.

Again - use descriptive titles. Threads with titles "Problem with X" are not welcomed here.

Check if the nVault file in amxmodx/data/vault for the plugin is created and has data stored inside it.

this is the problem not creating the file and nothing stored in it

Then the problem is not from the plugin, but the server machine. The plugin has no access to create/write the file. Make sure you give full access ("777" permissions) for the entire "vault" folder - other plugins use this too.
